Dr Ghulam Saqib is an esteemed consultant and specialist in geriatric medicine, providing expert care and attention to patients aged 65+with Parkinson’s Disease alongside delirium, frailty, and falls. He privately practices at The Hampton Hospital Peterborough Cambridgeshire while his NHS base is a Northwest Anglia NHS Trust.
Dr Saqib has worked across leading hospitals in Dublin Ireland, central London and Surrey. He regularly sees patients with very complex needs and works with other health professionals to co-ordinate full diagnostic and care services.
Dr Saqib qualified in Lahore Pakistan in 1998 then moved to Dublin, training at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital & St Mary’s Hospital prior to moving to UK and started his new medical Journey from The Royal London Hospital. Dr Saqib lectures on the diagnosis and management of conditions including Parkinson’s disease.
Dr Saqib is also involved in the clinical research, particularly in Parkinson’s, and he’s a member of several professional organisations including the Movement Disorder Society, He’s also a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of UK ,member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (MRCPI) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow(MRCPS).
